Below is a brief description of the accommodation provided.

The living area is open and spacious with patio doors leading to your own veranda with table and chairs. The lounge has two large Sofas, Dining table with four chairs, Coffee table, Lamp table and TV stand all in solid wood.

For your entertainment there is SATELLITE TV, DVD player and IPOD sound dock.

The Kitchen is fully equipped including Oven, Hob, Fridge/freezer, Washing Machine, Iron and board, Microwave and Electric kettle. Pots, Pans, Cutlery and crockery are also provided.

The front bedroom has a double bed, Chest of draws, large wall mirror, built in Wardrobes and a front aspect window with blinds and shutters.

The Bedroom to the rear has two Single beds built in Wardrobes and a large wall mirror. A rear window fitted with blinds and shutters.

Cotton Bed linen and light duvet covers are provided together with a Bath and hand towel for each guest.

The Bathroom comprises white ceramic units WC, Basin and Bath with shower fittings.

Access to the Apartment is via a rear entrance with an allocated parking space just outside at ground floor level. The complex is built into a slight gradient, which means you benefit from a first floor veranda at the front overlooking the pool with sea views to the western Mediterranean.

The Apartment is fully Air-Conditioned.
